"Homing Wings" – Contemporary work inspired by nature

Homing Wings evokes the return, the anchoring, the impulse of the heart towards what we recognize as home. In this aerial work, Jolic traces the ballet of birds with wings stretched in the same direction, carried by a common breath. The canvas, worked with rich textures and a subtle play of light and shadow, vibrates the contrasts between tones of azure, copper, and deep brown.

Each trace of material tells the story of a wingbeat, a memory of migration, a memory of the wind. The semi-abstract forms, both powerful and delicate, reveal the artist's gestural intuition and his ability to evoke emotion through movement. Homing Wings is part of Jolic's sensitive approach: an intuitive, tactile painting, where the sky becomes a refuge and the wings, messengers of the link between the visible and the invisible.
